This system is used for many similar events, if you haven’t already created a login and profile you will need to do so as part of this process. Once your profile is complete you will be able to enter classes.

2025 ENTRIES OPEN DAY
The Secretary’s office will be open from 12 noon till 6pm on Friday the 26th of September 2025, to take in person entries for all sections.
1650 Leeston Road, Leeston.

No late entries will be accepted.
All sheep entries must include a current Brucellosis Certificate.
All cattle entries must include a current TB test Certificate.
Photography entries can be dropped off at the Open Day or Leeston Pharmacy.
All riders must wear approved protective headgear tagged with a YELLOW approval sticker.
All Horse class changes to be made to the secretary by 12 noon on Thursday 16th October 2025.
ESNZ classes will be online at a later date.

For PAYMENTS prior to 25th September 2026 : Receive a double pass to this year’s event for just $20.00.
Other benefits include preferential membership parking and discounted entry fees for show day exhibitors in some competitions.
